Unboxing video required

Upon receiving the order, customers are requested to take an unboxing video and share it along with the replacement or exchange request.

Return window

Returns, exchanges or refunds are applicable within 5 days after receiving the products. Customers must raise a return request within this period by contacting support.

Eligibility

Replacements, exchanges, and refunds are applicable on items that:

• Have a manufacturing defect,
• Are a wrong item sent, or
• Got damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once the return request is approved and inspected at our studio, prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method via our payment gateway within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund directly to your bank account or verified UPI.
